Uncontested divorce forms are available for free download.
$100 Custom forms include legal research on the matter.
Custom forms include Zoom service to walk you through e-filing.
A TRO form is where you are trying to get your property back immediately before the case has been decided.
All Custom forms do not include the Summons service fee.
We charge $200 for Summons service fees or you can find your own agency or person to deliver summons.
If we cannot find someone reliable in the town to serve, we return your $200 service summons fee only.
Those are situations clients have to find their own summons service.
There are banks and credit unions that will not let you Zelle pay a server and there is good reason for that.
